Club Jenna I have one thing to say, having been inside Club Jenna - she really is all that and more!!!
The site tour generally explains what is found inside (with a few liberties taken), but one can't put into words the indescribable beauty of Jenna. I was absolutely stupefied by some of the pictures, primarily those found in the Glamour section that displays solo pictures of Jenna shot exclusively for the site. These are the best reason to get a membership. The Photo Gallery has several galleries, including Glamour (Rory must be English), Fetish, Hardcore, Jenna as Jenna, Jenna's Archive, Jenna on the Road and Jenna's Friends. Each gallery has several photo series that appear to be complete sets. As I've said, the Glamour section is my favourite and had 25 solo series at the time of this review (check out some of the pissing shots). Actually, some of the pictures are not exclusive to the site as they have also been seen in Club Magazine, but more of the series are seen here than in the magazine. Except perhaps for the series with Bunny Luv, the Fetish section isn't. It contains three series, all lesbian and two with Sylvia Saint. Two of the series here are also listed under the Hardcore section, which contains no hardcore images of Jenna (well, maybe the pictures with Nikki Tyler), but rather images of other girls with men in different pairings. Jenna as Jenna is probably my second favourite gallery as it has several pictures of Jenna, mostly at awards and trade shows, so they're a little more real. Jenna's Archive has pictures from Jenna's past and includes images that can readily be found most everywhere on the Internet, except for the 57 pictures from her very first photoshoot. Jenna on the Road contains pictures taken at various places on her dance tour. There are over 25 series in Jenna's Friends, who include pornstars, Penthouse Pets and models; my favourites are Asia Carrera, Jill Kelly and Lorissa McComas. The site contained over 8,400 pictures in 79 series at the time of this review and updates are frequent, averaging 5 new series per week with over 400 new pictures. New pictures are being taken all the time, exclusively for Club Jenna. There were also at least 500 more pictures in Jenna's Strip Search 2001 section, which displays pictures of girls taken during Jenna's dance tour and put up for a contest to choose the best. All of the pictures, but those in Jenna's Archive, are protected by Vyoufirst software that must be installed in order to expand the thumbnails. JavaScript must also be enabled. Viewing the individual pictures is a little slow, partly because the Index Menu is redrawn for each picture and maybe because of the protection software. The pictures are obviously my main reason to visit Club Jenna, but there are other areas too.
I guess the best way for me to describe the rest of Club Jenna is to begin at the top. The Index Menu is displayed on all pages (frames could be better used for navigation) and lists all the different areas at the site. The first two items on the menu offer Jenna's advice on sexual matters and affairs of the heart - Sex Advice and Judge Jenna. Both seem to have genuine and helpful responses to people's emails, so from that standpoint it's probably worthwhile; I'll give it a miss. The Cosmetic Surgery section is factual and details everything from Abdominoplasty to Otoplasty. Well, I guess the first thing I might think of in deciding to become a member of Jenna's site is, "Does she talk about Spider Veins?" Let's move on. I haven't used Chat Rooms much so I'm not real sure how they're supposed to work. Jenna's Chat Room seemed to be constantly refreshing so the entire dialogue wasn't shown, but there weren't too many people online when I checked. It appears that the best time to catch Jenna in the Chat Room is just before 18:00 CST/CDT and it has been said that she is a "real" person. I think the e-Greeting Cards are a nice touch. There are 11 cards containing different sentiments that can be emailed to friends or someone you love (make sure the recipient's office email isn't screened and your girlfriend doesn't find out). Quite frankly, I wish I was having an anniversary. The Video Gallery contains some titillating titles like "Masturbation of the Month" and "Behind the Scenes Look". Unfortunately, I was unable to see the videos due to my favourite error message - "load class not found". In the past this was caused by the firewall, but the problem still occurs when I bypassed it so I have no idea if the videos are any good. However, Jennavision works just fine and is a two-hour loop of several complete scenes of Jenna in different movies. My opinion of video porn is that it should be watched as God intended - on a big screen in the dark with the sound turned down and the remote within easy reach; buttered popcorn anyone? Speaking of buttered popcorn, Jenna's Store offers the chance for a pair of Jenna's signed panties (pre-worn hopefully) and then links to her page at Adult DVD Empire where I didn't see any sign of her panties (much like my dreams, really). The store does offer the standard fare of DVDs and VHS tapes, though. The next three items in the menu are vital to any Jenna fan. Jenna's Bio contains her biography that should mostly be familiar with fans, but parts seem to have been played up more than I've seen before. Jenna frequently makes entries in her Diary about what she's done or going to do tomorrow, girls she plans to work with, what's happening with the site and sometimes asks some trivia questions. Finally, she provides a list of her activities during the next 1-2 months in Jenna's Schedule. Scheduled activities include dance dates, appearances and dates for making movies and photoshoots for the site. This brings to a conclusion my tour of Club Jenna. For whatever reason, CNN or CNBC is interfering with Club Jenna and muscles in two items - Headline News and Stock Quotes. I will say they use a nice pun, calling it the Jennasdaq, but they shouldn't be allowed to corrupt a good porn site with real stuff.
I think Club Jenna is well worth the $29.95 monthly membership if the updates are frequent and Jenna keeps providing exclusive (and amazing) photographs of herself along with new videos. The site should completely replace Jenna Jameson's Official Website as the better and more creative official website and probably will now that Jenna can't devote time to both (I'm not really sure how much input she had on the latter anyway). I'd like Jenna to talk more about her likes and dislikes, you know, get to know her as if on a date... |
